ARC Europe, the specialist provider of mobility assistance services in the European automotive market, appoints Jean-Marc Mallard as new CEO of ARC Europe France, effective from the 1st of June 2023.
This decision has been made unanimously after a successful 6-month interim period, during which Jean-Marc Mallard demonstrated his exceptional leadership and ability to fulfil the responsibilities of CEO for ARC Europe in France.
Jean-Marc Mallard holds an initial degree in Sales and Marketing and has further honed his skills and knowledge through 15 years of experience at a leading company in the temporary employment industry in Europe and the US. His dedication and commitment to professional growth led him to pursue an MBA at HEC Paris School of Management in 2011.
Following his graduation, he spent 7 years at IPG, a company specializing in multichannel customer relations, where he developed expertise in human resources and finances. After spending 2 years as an independent consultant for financial investments, Jean-Marc Mallard joined ARC Europe in France, where he served as the CFO until now.

Jean-Marc Mallard will integrate the ARC Europe Group Management Board, which oversees the progress and implementation of the Group strategic projects with the mandate to extend our mobility services in the French market.
